For optimum health, it is important to know the needs of your body. With every body being different, a one size fits all approach is not usually your best answer. For example, lets take your digestive system. Your digestive system is a major key to your health, if your digestive system is out of wack, this can lead to poor immune system, skin problems, heartburn, gas, and that’s just the beginning. Taking a one size fits all approach most likely will not maintain a healthy digestive system. One must consider the following: Do you have heartburn, gas or both? Do you eliminate regularly? Do you have constipation, diarrhea or do you tend to go back and forth between the two? These simple questions assist in knowing your digestive system and how you can maintain it.

This approach is the same for all of your 9 body systems.
